| Yes, we can print your logo on the inflatable products, and you can offer the logo in any format made by Photoshop or Core-draw. |
| 2.Can you design one specially? |
| Yes, send us details and a sketch or a picture of your requirements and we will quote you our best price. |
| 3.How do I pay? |
| Please transmit (T/T) the payment from your bank to our bank. |
| 4.Shipping? |
| Can be delivery by air or by sea. The approximate transit time by air is 5 business days maximum and by sea 15-30 days. |
| 5.Want a catalogue? |
| You can download E-Catalogue from our website and print by yourself. |
| 6.What material? |
| Inflatable games are made by high resistance PVC Tarpaulin. The Flame Retardant is suitable for BS5852(British Standard). |
| 7.What included in products? |
| It is included inflatable games, blower, kit bag(including the same color material, glue),ground sheet. |
| 8.What kind of guarantee you give? |
| Our inflatable products can be used more than 1 year. If it is damaged, you can use the glue and material to repair it. Because there is a long distance to ship goods back, we will send a kit bag for every inflatable products. |
| 9.Your blowers meet CE/UL requirements? |
| we can offer CE/UL blower for inflatable bouncers and cool air inflatables. |
| 10.How do you start the order? |

We will start your order after receiving the down payment which is 50% of total payment. When order finished, we will email you the digital photo for your confirmation. We will send the goods to you after receiving the balance payment.
